arc programs is accepting applications for a full-time Operations Manager to join the agency’s management team. The successful applicant will manage a wide range of organizational activities, including the administration and general operation of agency services.
HOURS / SCHEDULE >
Full-Time, Permanent
40 hours per week
Flexible hours, primarily Monday to Friday
Hours of work will fluctuate to accommodate the work load demands of the position, and at times may include some evenings and / or weekends.

Clinical Supervisor / Behaviour Consultant
arc programs is currently accepting applications for a Clinical Supervisor / Behaviour Consultant to join the Specialized Care team.
The Clinical Supervisor / Behaviour Consultant will provide training, clinical consultation and programming support for Program Coordinators and staff; conduct functional assessments, and create Personal Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP’s), and service plans for children and youth participating in the Specialized Care program.
