Community Support Worker (Kelowna)

As arc programs continues to grow, we are now accepting applications for Community Support Worker based out of the Kelowna Office.

The successful applicants will provide outreach and community support to adults with diversabilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

These positions involve working independently in the individuals or family’s home, and in the community.

Behaviour Consultant (BASS Program) West Kootenays

ARC Programs is currently accepting applications for Behaviour Consultants to join the West Kootenay's team.

Behaviour Consultants will work directly with parents / caregivers and their children or youth who are between the ages of 6 and 18, and who are diagnosed with, or have clinical indicators of Autism, neurodiversity, developmental delays, or other complex support needs, to assess and address the child or youth’s challenging behaviours and to build requisite skills.

BEHAVIOUR INTERVENTIONISTS (Family Connection Centre)

ARC Programs is currently accepting applications for Behaviour Interventionists to join the Family Connection Centre team.

Behaviour Interventionists (BI’s) will work directly with children or youth (ages 0-18) who are diagnosed with, or have clinical indicators of Autism, neurodiversity, developmental delays, or other complex support needs, to enhance the child / youth’s ability to function in their families, schools and communities.
