WHY WORK FOR ARC PROGRAMS?

We understand talented professionals have choices.

At ARC Programs, we know how important it is to enjoy coming to work every day (well, okay, at least most days).

As an agency we value staff safety and wellness; we promote work-life balance; and we strive to provide staff with the training, tools and support they need to excel in their career.

Here are a few testimonials from our staff:

Community Support Worker / Behaviour Interventionist

ARC Programs is now accepting applications from Community Support Workers and Behaviour Interventionists for our Personal Support Initiative services (PSI), and Autism Support Program.
The successful applicant will work with youth and young adults with diversabilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

The position entails providing individualized behaviour intervention, consultation, education, recreation, counseling, and support services for referred youth and adults.

School-Based Mental Health Counsellors

Due to agency growth and program expansion, ARC Programs is now accepting applications for several new full-time School-based Mental Health Counsellor positions, to support students attending elementary schools within the School District #23 catchment area.

These positions are 30-hours per week, during the 10-month school year (September to the end of June).
