arc programs is a multi-service community agency based in Kelowna and operating in the Central & South Okanagan and Kootenay regions. arc programs has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in recognition of its commitment to providing the highest quality services.

We acknowledge with gratitude that we are working together on the ancestral and traditional territory of the syilx people in the Central and South Okanagan and the syilx, secwe̓pemc, and sinixt people in the Kootenay region.
