Youth Workers (Group Care) - Full Time or Relief

ARC Programs is now accepting applications for a Full-Time and Relief Group Care Youth Workers to fill positions in our two-bed staffed resources, located in Kelowna and West Kelowna.

Working as part of a collaborative case management team, the Youth Worker will provide for the physical care and emotional nurturing of youth living in the home, and will provide skilled intervention and supervision, while supporting clients to develop healthy lifestyles and appropriate behaviors.

Community Support Worker / Behaviour Interventionist

ARC Programs is now accepting applications for Community Support Workers and Behaviour Interventionists to join our Personal Support Initiative services (PSI), and Autism Support Program.

This is a full-time position, based on a flexible work week. Applicants should be prepared to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends as needed. If you enjoy working independently, want to determine your own schedule and have a passion to help others, this is an ideal position for you.

School-Based Mental Health Counsellors

Due to agency growth and program expansion, ARC Programs is now accepting applications for several new full-time School-based Mental Health Counsellor positions, to support students attending elementary schools within the School District #23 catchment area.

These positions are 30-hours per week, during the 10-month school year (September to the end of June).
Please be aware that one of these positions is temporary – to cover a maternity leave.
