Behaviour Consultant, Kelowna/Penticton

ARC Programs is now accepting applications for a part-time Behaviour Consultant with the BASS Program, working out of both Penticton and Kelowna. The Behaviour Assessment and Support Services (BASS) Program provides an intensive service for Children and Youth with Special Needs (CYSN); to reduce challenging behaviours and address the complex needs of referred children and youth, in cooperation with the Ministry for Children and Family Development and other community service providers.

Community Support Worker, Penticton

ARC Programs is accepting applications for the position of Community Support Worker, providing services to young adults working primarily out of our Penticton Office, but also out of Kelowna Office. The Community Support Worker will work with young adults {19 and up} who have limitations in adaptive functioning and either a diagnosis of FASD, or Autism Spectrum Disorder {ASD}. The Community Support Worker will provide individualized behavior intervention, consultation, education, counseling and support services for referred adults.

Residential Youth Worker

ARC Programs is now accepting applications from qualified Child & Youth Care Workers to fill full-time positions in one of our two-bed residential resource, located in the Kelowna and West Kelowna. Working as part of a collaborative case management team, the Residential Youth Workers will provide for the physical care and emotional nurturing of the youth living in the home, as well as skilled intervention and supervision of the youth. The Youth Workers will also support clients to develop healthy lifestyles and appropriate behaviors.
