Child Youth & Family Counsellors, SOARWrap - Part Time

ARC Programs is accepting applications from qualified Child, Youth & Family Counsellors, working with our SOAR Wrap Program, based in Penticton. This is a part-time position, working a minimum of 22 hours per week, however, this could be linked with other part-time work to bring the hours up to 38-40 hours per week.

Residential Youth Worker

ARC Programs is now accepting applications from qualified Child & Youth Care Workers to fill full-time positions in one of our two-bed residential resource, located in the Kelowna and West Kelowna. Working as part of a collaborative case management team, the Residential Youth Workers will provide for the physical care and emotional nurturing of the youth living in the home, as well as skilled intervention and supervision of the youth. The Youth Workers will also support clients to develop healthy lifestyles and appropriate behaviors.

Home Share Caregivers

ARC Programs is seeking individuals, couples, or families interested in becoming Home Share Caregivers. Home Sharing is a residential option funded by Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), for adults with a developmental disability. Home Sharing arrangements can vary, depending on the unique needs of the individual. Most arrangements involve an individual and a Home Sharing Caregiver sharing an apartment or house, which can be owned or rented.
