Community Living Services

The Personal Supports Initiative (PSI) and Developmental Disability (DD) Community Living Services programs provide services that focus on shared living, outreach support, community inclusion, employment skills and life skills development.

SOAR-Wrap Program

The SOAR-Wrap Program is designed to provide a comprehensive outreach service to minimize placement disruption and enhance healthy attachment for children and youth in care.

Supervised Access & Supported Connections

The programs provide two program streams in collaboration with Ministry for Children and Family Development (MCFD) social workers, families and caregivers to reduce the effects of trauma on the child by facilitating healthy connections between family members and helping to maintain significant relationships in the child’s life.

Community Inclusion and Transition Support Services (CITSS)

CITSS offers services for children and youth ages 0-18 with diverse abilities and support needs to increase their community inclusion by fostering opportunities to teach socialization, communication, transition adjustment and activities of daily living in their communities.

Penrap/Intensive Support and Supervision program (ISSP) Youth Justice Programs

The youth justice programs provide a two-stream alternative-to-custody sentencing option for youth in conflict with the law, as well as a young offender community intervention service. Service options vary by geographic area.

Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) Family Treatment Program

The CYMH Family Treatment program provides intensive home and community-based counselling, psychoeducation and individualized support services for children and youth ages 6-18 and their families who are experiencing difficulties associated with the child or youth’s mental health.
